We operate under a 30-day return policy, allowing you a month from the item’s delivery date to initiate a return request.
For a return to be eligible, the item must remain in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and within its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we’ll furnish you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. It’s important to note that any returns sent without prior authorization will regrettably not be accepted.
Alternatively, you have the option to use the return function within your customer account. This grants you the ability to independently submit a return request.

Damages and Issues:
We kindly urge you to inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us without delay. This will enable us to promptly address the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items fall under the category of non-returnable, such as custom-made products (including personalized or special-order items). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges
For a swift acquisition of your desired item, we recommend returning the item you currently possess. Following the approval of your return, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
In addition to the above policy, if your merchandise is being delivered within the European Union, you have the prerogative to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without the need for justification. The conditions mirror those above: the item must be in its original condition, including being unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and within its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
It’s important to note that there are exceptions to this cooling-off period, such as for personalized or custom-made products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (if unsealed), and goods that may become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
Refunds
Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may entail some processing time. For Bitcoin payments, the current EUR/BTC exchange rate will apply.
