Types of collected data and what we do with it
As a Bitcoin company focused on providing products without any Bitcoin logo or Bitcoin name on them, we know that you value your privacy. We only receive your personal data once you make an order, and we use this information so that the package can be delivered successfully to your location.
“Why do I have to give my personal information?”: Keep in mind that the shipping company will need an address to send the package to, and a phone number to contact you in case something is wrong with the address or the package. We don’t have ANYinterest in retaining this information, except for solving any delivery issues. An email is required so we can send confirmation of your orders and a tracking number once we have it.
Will anyone know I am buying a Bitcoin related t-shirt or cap?: No, and this is precisely our goal. We don’t have Bitcoin in our company name, neither Bitcoin is present in any of our products. No one will know that this is a Bitcoin product, except if they know something about the ethos, the memes, the software products, the content creators, and so on… Hence, this person most surely will be a bitcoiner as well 🙂
For how long will you store my data?: We keep your information in our database about 3 months after the order has been completed, in case any issues happen. After that time, we delete this data and we don’t know nothing about you anymore 🙂
