In some languages spoken in Spain like Euskera (vasque country), the combination of "tx" is often pronounced as "ch", as in "txapela" (chapela), "pintxo" (pincho), txistorra (chistorra).
That has settled in stone the term UCHO when speaking about unspent transactions, because U.T.X.O. sounds a bit too much "complicado"! :P
